Update BO CH excdata #224

fixed analysis (excluding I=0 (with relative large measurement errors)) from polynomial fit of 2015 data. This was introducing a wrong interpolated polynomial, and contaminating I=1A excdata correction. Thanks, @anacso17 , for noticing a problem at this current value!

should we drop this set of excdata atualization PRs based on re-measurements or merge them ? we should try to decide on this ando not keep it indefinitely. In my opinion we could merge.
