Fix DC-Link assignment for the following correctors from TS transport line:
TS-04:PS-CH / TS-04:PS-CV-1 / TS-04:PS-CV-2 / TS-04:PS-CV-1E2
These correctors need to use LA-RaPS06:PS-DCLink-AS1 as DC-Link since a request from FAC group to increase their output current to 12 A, due to higher voltage at the output.
