Add dummy conversion tables for the Delta undulator

Tables store the conversion relationship between position (in mm) and K value for the Delta undulator. At the moment they contain only dummy data.

Each table contains K value data for motion in a single polarization mode:

• cl: Circular Left
• cr: Circular Right
• lh: Linear Horizontal
• lv: Linear Vertical
