Hi guys, this PR adds a first version of the folder services in documentation folder. The idea here is to have files that list the services and corresponding IOCs.
I added a facs.yml file, which is generated by the script just added to docker-machine-applications, in this related PR. I chose .yml here following the suggestions in the https://github.com/lnls-sirius/control-system-constants/pull/262 conversation, and facs thinking about grouping the services using the group that is responsible for the maintenance of those services, using, therefore, the same pattern that we proposed for the names of the services.
