Remove IA-14RaPS01:PS-DCLink-AS2 #266

This PR:

removes IA-14RaPS01:PS-DCLink-AS2 and respective IA-14RaPS01:PS-UDC-AS2
renames IA-14RaPS01:PS-DCLink-AS1 to its previous name IA-14RaPS01:PS-DCLink-AS and respective IA-14RaPS01:PS-UDC-AS1 to IA-14RaPS01:PS-UDC-AS
returns the serial configuration of IA-14RaCtrl:CO-DCLinkCtrl

This should be deployed when devices are relocated. (done!)
