[ ] instruct to add temporary quarto files to .gitignore
[ ] visual quarto editor reformats markdown lists etc.
[ ] quarto is just a branch name
[ ] how can you "open" quarto?
[ ] talk about the default content of a quarto file
[ ] explain how to complete tasks without RStudio, just from the command line
[ ] quarto preview might not work in Git Bash, check again
[ ] add to book: don't create a git repo in your home directory!
