[x] instruct to add temporary quarto files to .gitignore
[x] visual quarto editor reformats markdown lists etc.
[x] quarto is just a branch name
[ ] how can you "open" quarto?
[ ] talk about the default content of a quarto file
[ ] explain how to complete tasks without RStudio, just from the command line
[x] quarto preview might not work in Git Bash, check again
[x] add to book: don't create a git repo in your home directory!
