I noticed that in we could add "Mini Exercises" in many places. Basically, instead of writing out all commands that one could use, we could put them in callout boxes and provide the solution in the collapsed box. For example, this applies to many commands that are covered in the command line chapter etc. In other instances, footnotes might also be appropriate though.
