Update organization of exercises... #192

As discussed in #190.

This adds a page showing each course which used the book as a ressource. This also deletes exercises and links to slides from each chapter. I left the quiz button (at the beginning) since I do think that makes sense. Makes also the exercises page looks nicer and adds some exercises
