Add "Gitlab Advanced" chapter #208

Instead of making the "GitHub: advanced" chapter relate to GitLab as well, I thought It might make more sense to create a new chapter just for GitLab. I started adding content, might have missed something important. What do you think @lnnrtwttkhn ?
