This adds some content to the cli chapter

Fixes #160
Fixes most of #215 (everything except screenshots from Windows device)
Fixes #234

Quick review:

[x] The word "shortcut" seems to be accidentally removed? Could you add it back in?
[x] The tree command in the cheatsheet says Windows only, which I would remove since it can also be available on macOS and Linux after package installation. BTW, did you check if it's natively available on Windows?

Fixed both. Yes tree should be available by default on Windows

Thanks for the additional changes @konradpa! I now reviewed the entire chapter again (see 9dd8eae), except the summary. I would still review the summary and then we can merge!
