Add best practices section #281

Adds a best practices section (#279). I included 9 points, do you think there is something missing @lnnrtwttkhn?

Thanks @konradpa! In https://github.com/lnnrtwttkhn/version-control-book/pull/281/commits/d7c8d3c603a1c8cb25a484c3af3bc2405e91715c I moved all recommendations related to Git commits to the Git essentials chapter.
