hi @konradpa, I added an example item in c70cbc1.

I think we don't need to implement this in a separate survey .yml file, since it's only one small item with little text so putting this into a separate .yml file would over-engineer this a bit IMO.

• [x] add the snippet to all other surveys
• [ ] test the surveys, if the item renders appropriately
• [ ] open a PR for a merge on draft
