Updating the questions (removes configuration content and time specification)

hi @konradpa, thanks for this! looks great! made a couple more smaller edits but I think this is good to go! it seems like we should merge / close #22 and #23 first, right? could you also clear the (test) results from the formr survey before we send this out to participants? thanks!

Perfect! I merged #22, #23 and cleared survey data. Installation survey should be ready to send out now!
