When two users are doing a trade and have the bot set to different languages, if one opens a dispute, the other will receive the message in the language of their counterpart, that the dispute was opened. When an admin takes the dispute if they have the bot set to another language, users will be shown the message that the dispute was taken in the admin's language.
Example Alice: English language, Bob: French language, Carol (admin): Spanish language
Alice opens the dispute and the bot will show Bob the dispute message in English (it should be in French). When Carol takes the dispute, both Alice and Bob will be told in Spanish by the bot that Carol took the dispute (Alice should get it in English and Bob in French)
