Doesn't work even after restart #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install extension
2. Reboot
3. Open folder with SVG files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: thumbnails on svg files
Actual: IE icons on all svg files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64 

Please provide any additional information below.

windows 7 64 bit doesn't work after install and reboot. cleared icon cache and 
then installed and rebooted and still doesn't work.

try to clear the thumbnail cache, works for me
