Register dll on windows 8 32bit #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.simple install procedure (double click on installer icon)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files are installed on its own path but error about dll registratio appear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Signed v 0.1.1 i386   on windows 8 32bit

I experienced this same issue when trying to install on a Windows 7 32bit 
machine.  
I also tried to manually register the .dll from the command prompt, but had no 
success doing it that way either.
Has anyone been able to overcome this error?

I'm having the same problem. Downloaded the proper version signed v 0.1.1 i386 
for my 32 bit system.  Also tried the signed version and I still got the same 
message of unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3.

 Is anyone here to help?  Please.
