[Bug] Video Player Audio Respects Mute Switch #394

Describe the bug Currently, any audio from Video Player videos respects the physical mute switch on the side of the iPhone. When in mute, audio is absent. When in ringer, audio plays aloud. This is not the case with any embedded youtube videos that, embedded videos play audio regardless of the switches position.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Play audio from within winston with the mute switch set to mute, then do the same with the mute switch set to ringer. Observe which position allows audio to play and which does not.

Expected behavior I would assume that like any other application (Twitter, Youtube, Safari, etc.), Winston would play audio assuming the volume is above 0% regardless of the mute/ringer switch position. If the current behavior is by design, then I can make this a feature request instead. I, and most people I know, use their phone exclusively on mute. The current functionality means that the switch must be flipped each time the user wishes to hear a video.

Device (please complete the following information): iPhone 13 Pro iOs 17.2.1

I would prefer for this to be a togglable setting. I hate it when other apps (YouTube) bypass my muteswitch toggle. When the mute toggle is on, I want no noise to come out of my devices. When it's off, apps can go nuts with whatever audio they want.
