[BUG] Wrong subreddit name displayed in MultiReddit list #413

Describe the bug When scrolling through a MultiReddit, the subreddit displayed in some posts is incorrect. When opening the post, the correct subreddit is displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a MultiReddit
  2. Note the subreddit for a post
  3. Click on the post
  4. Note the subreddit for a post
  5. The two subreddits noted may not always match

Expected behavior The subreddit displayed in the list of posts should be an accurate representation of the subreddit that the post is located in.
