[Bug] Reddit in-app links don’t open in winston correctly

Describe the bug when clicking on a link in a comment that links to another post it will only open up the subreddit of the post, not the post itself

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find a comment with a Reddit post link in it
2. Click the link
3. See that it opens the parent subreddit rather than the post

Expected behavior clicking on links to posts will take you directly to the post and not to the parent subreddit

Device (please complete the following information):

• iPhone 12
• iOS 17.2.1
• Winston v1.1.2 Build 324

winston only detects the /r/ part but not /s/ winston expects links like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/CampingGear/comments/1aenwsk/thick_wool_hoodies_of_thirdgen_free_scarfs_for/
