B2B - missing access levels #599

After installation of B2B add on for customer http://www.posmerchandise.com/tpnew2

When selecting a product and editing, there were no access levels, for retail or wholesale, or any other. So I added them and there is still no access levels or products showing on the catalog side.

Categories are also not shown, on the catalog side.

After editing statuses for Access Levels, I was able to get products listing on the home page and visible on the site and one category showing, status setting were set to 0 in the database, changing to 1, allowed the category and product to be shown.

Thiis looks like it might just be a default SQL issue. Will check and repair as needed.
