Loaded Payments Module Fields not Auto Sizing #619

The Loaded Payments payment module is not auto sizing as you change screen width, it is only changing with the layout change at a certain point. See the following screenshots:

There is also just no styling in general.

This is on the live etooloinc.com site which you have all the access for. I tried to reproduce on my rccrazed.com but that site is broken and cannot add a product to the cart.
