7.003.4.2-RC3 Core Order Emails #678

Order emails are not being sent to customer or to admin email address

Tested on jimmcgettigan.us/700342rc3/

Using Paypal Standard payment method

However with more testing by making Paypal inactive, and using cash on delivery payment module. I did receive order notification to customer. however still no email sent to admin email address.

Please remove this issue, I did not realize extra order email address needed to be used
