Installation Issue #714

I am having problems installing loaded software onto my server. I have tried on 3 different servers and get the same issue.

When entering database details, everytime I enter the database address as well as login credentials, I get an error message stating that the database already exists when it doesn't.

Are there any ways to combat this issue?
