Add page number to post/image count bar #61

It would be neat if you could show what page in the index a thread is on in the post/image/user count bar on the bottom right, like the Mayhem version does.

Yes, I will implement it, since it also seems like "Hide original post form" is broken again. To avoid confusion with the other numbers it could use gradients like this (or the reverse) test

The gradients would be awesome. It would probably be better reverse though.
