To top #79

I've added a to-top button that automatically takes you to the top of a page, this was mainly because I'm lazy, but also because I found it annoying having to click the up arrow several times to go to somewhat the top. I have no idea if I've done this whole pull thing correctly, but I hope so.

p.s: I accidentally removed the semicolon at the end, fuck it I wasn't meant to, but you know what I was gonna do.

How about [QR ▲ ▼ ➚] or making it optional? There's alredy the home key.

Either of those would work, I was gonna test out the home button because it might work better than my to top button, but alas 4chan is uh... not being itself right now. I just liked being able to go to the top and then refresh, if this is the case I'd still like a button next to them that would go to the top and refresh automatically, of course optional if possible.
