Fixing open issue #16 and #17.
Fixed IRC URL link fix, the older method of setting innerHTML was not working correctly with the MU UI changes, with assistance from Hyacia and Geese1.
Hyacia provided a fix for the UI element for where the Site link would have been placed due to the MU UI change it did not work correctly until Hyacia's fix.
