Script was not running, Include https #5

I don't know why, but my browser (or maybe MU did) started using https for MU. As far as I know, I didn't make any changes. I only realized it when the script "didn't work right" and appeared to not be running on the page whether I was on Firefox (greasemonkey) or Chrome (Tampermonkey).

A quick fix I found was to add: https://www.mangaupdates.com/groups.html?id=* to the included pages.

Maybe this should be added to the actual script?
