Stardict 2.4.8 format not supported #12

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a dictionary from
http://reciteword.sourceforge.net/stardict/powerword.php, such as
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/stardict/stardict-powerword2007_pwdeeahd-2.4.
2.tar.bz2?download
2. Try to convert it using DictUnifier (process finishes successfully)
3. Try to use new dictionary

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected to get the translation
but see "format not supported" instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DictUnifier 1.1
also tried patched version download from
http://mac-dictionary-kit.googlecode.com/issues/attachment?aid=27342273781221009
20&name=DictUnifier.zip
Leopard 10.5.6

Please provide any additional information below.
The dictionary copied from the paged with the following notice
"only StarDict-2.4.8 and above version support these dictionaries"
Is it because DictUnifier doesn't support these formats?

Thanks!
