Adding Grunt tasks for ESLint and Stylus

This is a prime example of terrible teamwork and Git usage. I refactored 2-3 things and ended up munging them into the same PR:

• sorted and organized Stylus rules
• moved handler functions into the Hapi route config objects for a future refactoring
• reorganized some ESLint rules to be server specific and client specific
