Add model train tile

• Displays how long until train set will be configurable again
• Displays next train station
• Includes a table with all stations in order
• Detects potential misconfigurations (ore/lumber/stats when not needed, empty stations)
• Placed in optional tasks near fallbot, CMG, etc by default, but jumps to high priority task if a misconfiguration is detected and the train set is currently re-configurable

Yep, tested empty stations and it worked great.

The biggest thing I could use extra eyes on is whether the "turns until reconfigurable" 100% matches what KOL says. The calculation seems correct based on what has been described to me and it looked right in a run, but I didn't take individual combats and then compare to see if the tile matched the exact combat when it became reconfigurable.
