bug 1: kramco tile disappears in aftercore for some reason bug 2: monkey slap via monkeypaw iotm doesn't show up in banishers tile bug 3: dna lab is showing up in some contexts where the user doesn't own dna bug 4: "undead" is labeled "construct" in the eagle tile

new small bug:

replica parka doesn't ping for spikes available in the overall sneak tile

also the recommender doesn't seem to be working perfectly well
