exclude monstrous boiler from genie wishes #168

This caught me by surprise when I planned to do this in a recent run.

Rather than borrow the complete list from Ezandora's Genie relay helper, I've scanned the fax generation logic for potential invalid contenders. So far, this seems to be the only one missing.

It looks like this list could belong in Support/Static.ash, but I couldn't figure out why some things are defined there and others are not. I suspect it's small enough list that's it's probably not a big deal.

(also, quick heads up -- i am merging into main, but this likely won't make it into release until i merge #166 as i try to have more than one liners when updating release unless it's a case of a breaking change. #166 should be promoted by monday tho!)
