rework of tourguide pull list & minor bugfixes

not done yet, will be working on this through the weekend. goal is to re-organize the Pulls.ash file and finally address #40. in the first push i've used carew's code to teach the recommender that you can only pull 1 of anything on the list. i've also added legendary cookbookbat food and removed a few stubs/coerced-false recommendations leftover from ezan.

i have made a commented list of everything i'm planning on adding, but before i do that, i am probably going to re-order some things; my initial thought is to have the first section of the file cover >3 turn pulls, next section covers quest-related pulls, next section is the marginals, final section is turnbloat. this is (slightly) less user friendly for the beginner ascender but i think overall it fits with the ethos of tourguide and will at least apply a slight bit more order/structure to the lil guy.

alright, this is straight up done. going to merge this into main tomorrow and up the version on tourguide since this is a pretty substantial refactor of a core tourguide feature.

minor bugfixes handled in this version push to 2.2.0:

• fix visibility of phyla banish sub-tile if you don't have eagle
• fix ghost showing up for white pixels in fax/wish generator
• fix (or, well, attempt to fix) cosmic bowling ball banish duration
