Apparent error in completing the Trapper Quest

Expected/Desired Behavior

Continuation of level 11 quest

Current Behavior

I'm not entirely sure. From what I can tell, a number of turns were spent mining for ore. I appear to have seven of each type in inventory. I manually completed the first stage of the Trapper quest, but in response to the message "Glitch in the matrix. Please report this to the dev team (preferably with a log and screenshot of your mine," I am submitting this.
