Current Behavior

Autoscend does not consider the Parka for NC forcing.

autoscend is not well suited to slip back and forth between zones since it goes all in setting up with buffs and olfaction, this probably rules out the ideal way to force NC from a zone where you want fights for another zone where you don't, except if the NC forcing request itself can freely fight something directly with no zone/no task like the science tent eldritch tentacle otherwise it would need a new top task that makes the next turn go where planned. even if the NC is forced for the same location as the fight. you can't know where the normal task list will decide to go next turn
