Check Wishable Attribute and Small G Lover Fix #1462

Description

Couple issues found in my first run of g lover

Use relatively new monster record wishable field for genie. Attempted and failed to summon a screambat. This will help all paths
Don't pull 11-leaf clovers in g-lover
Don't use pocket wishes in g-lover
