Bird-A-Day Calendar support #228

As mafia now supports it, we probably want to add using the item to get the daily buff and add support to use it and the favourite where appropriate.

I'm not sure what the best places to use this would be. Seems easy to add support to Community Service, though - use numeric_modifier to check if the buff affects the challenge (-com, hot resistance, whatever), and use it before the challenge if it's available.

I'm not sure what remains to be done with automating this IOTM. I guess we could use it for +item when we need +item? Just checking in.

skimming through it, I am seeing tower stat tests and initiative tests (via provide initiative, so it is not limited to tower).

So the remaining things to code would be:

  1. -combat for anything requiring noncombat %
  2. meat% for nuns
  3. maybe elemental resistances whenever appropriate? (various quests require those, but the gains are fairly small).

Maybe consider burning MP with it on Path of the Plumber? It is literally the only use of MP on the challenge path.
