Melodramedary: Add support to use the abilities it provides #470

Basic support of using it as a volleyball and superwhelp has been added in #469 Other functionality is still being spaded but it has a skill which multiplies a monsters drops similiar to duplicate from the Source Terminal. It also has a 100% all stats, weapon damage & spell damage buff it can give and a meme interaction with the Fourth of May Saber to sacrifice all of it's experience for Cold Resistance.

Oh and it gives +1% exploration in the Desert so we should probably force it there.

PR #484 (thanks @gausie ) adds support for using it in the Desert for the extra exploration so I think the only things left to implement is use of the Spit skill to duplicate drops and/or buff stats.

Oh it should probably be added in the "drops" familiars too when mafia has tracking of the spit level so we charge it up similar to the Cat Burglar. Probably doesn't need it since it's top tier for stats but it shouldn't hurt.

Added to the "drops" familiar list but commented out until we actually use the spit skill.

Need to find/think of a list of good spit targets.

I've added code to use spit on a Pygmy Bowler which works (will put up a PR after I tidy it up to use proper functions in mr2010.ash instead of doing everything manually so it can be extended elsewhere).

Any other suggestions of good spit targets would be most welcome.

Add spitting on Pygmy Bowlers, topiary animals and red butlers and charging the spit in the linked PR. Any other targets can have new issues opened.

This is implemented as far as I'm concerned.
