[Kingdom of Explothing] Issues with old IOTM's #664

Context

Expected/Desired Behavior

Since not all areas area are open in a KoE run, trying to use old IOTMs that link to inaccessible areas causes varying amounts of problems.

Current Behavior

Major: Using a grimstone mask to try and get either a Fancy Oil Painting or Ornate Dowsing Rod results in an apparent infinite loop due to The Prince's Balcony being inaccessable. Setting the flags for auto_grimstoneFancyOilPainting and auto_grimstoneOrnateDowsingRod to false at the start of a KoE run would likely fix it.

Minor: Intergnat; Viral video is unavailable because we are unable to use Bacon to access store Protonic Accelerator Pack; Many of the ghost busting locations are unavailable Chateau Mantegna: Unable to access for resting Ye Wizard's Shack Game Shoppe: Unable to access for MP restore

fixed in #685 although there is another issue where you can actually do this ghost in exploathing while the quest is unstarted if you got hypnotic breadcrumbs drop while unlocking myst guild. not that easy to fix though because mafia does not track it
