Cold Medicine Cabinet Support

Add support for CMC. Initial idea on how we can use it. Trying to balance ease of use with value.

• Grab ice crown first. Seems reasonable with regen and resistances that will help everyone a little
• Periodically check and take Breathitin if available. Use in PreAdv if going to an outdoor zone
• Perhaps also grab Extro if available? Not sure how to best use it. At minimum it can add desirable copies of monsters to the zone we area already in

Thoughts? Could compare food/booze to what is in backpack. If CMC is better, grab consumable.

• Fleshazole is available on turn 0 and could be banked until level 5 to buy the desert bus pass on day 1. In fact, I think I'll adopt that for my HC runs. #799
• breathitin is useful but not easy to collect; low level option chaining Daily Dungeon and boss bat; mid-level option after 20 turns in Cyrpt
• ice EQ is also available turn 0 and first turn of every day and is good for low IotM and low skill accounts. Pants with +15% item drop are not bad (cf. plexiglass pants with 20 %)
• Homebodyl is not as sexy but can easily save 8 / 16 turns per day in HC when crafting food / booze. The charges also carry over rollover, so they would not be wasted.
• Extrovermectin could be used anywhere olfaction would be used, right? But best value where you need lots of copies. Bloopers, tomb rats. Best collected in Spookyraven or Hidden City.

Wines are not yet spaded; I don't know if they even give turns (no info on wiki). If not, I think both food and wines are skipable. Turn 0 / 1st of day seem to be low hanging fruits as far as the logic goes. Ice EQ is low maintenance because it would be handled by the maximizer like any EQ once it is available.
