Cosmic Bowling Ball Support

Add support for CBB.

• Add as a banisher (bowl a curveball). Put high in priority list as can be use unlimited per day (restricted only by growing cool down)
• Add using as combat item in Pygmy Bowling alley to progress quest by 1. Not clear yet if must be used against pygmy bowler or anyone in the bowling alley zone
• Add +item/meat buff (bowl straight up)? Little tricky to use as buff comes from combat. So need to know we need it an adventure before we need it.

Bowl sideways has since been spaded to give an 50% extra stats in th zone used. Starting the fight after the skill is used. We should definitely use this in zones we will be in for more than a few turns

1. Stats if power leveling
2. Stats if farming ka in Ed
3. Bowl if in bowling alley and haven't done it yet
4. Banish if monster is in the banish list
5. Item/meat if haven't capped item drops for the zone we are in

maybe general use in powerleveling code? if we are power leveling, then bowl in whatever location we are doing this in?

I see how the stats wording is confusing. Meant general power leveling for all classes. I'll edit the wording
