Fix zone vs location check in mayfly swarm project #94

@gausie would you be able to either drop the existing entries, or fix them that are set to (The Secret Government Laboratory, The Mansion of Dr. Weirdeaux, The Deep Dark Jungle) and update them all to "Conspiracy Island"

Add a prisma migration that carries out that change.

I've actually made this hard to do because the data are also hashed in JS. Will merge and fix from the CLI
