[FEATURE] `garbo ascend` option to drink Stillsuit + Stooper #1849

Describe the solution you'd like When ascending, I know garbo has the ascend flag/option which will use some things assuming you're going to be ascending right after. Currently, I am still left with Stooper + my Stillsuit, which in my case would give about 9-12 extra adventures. I sometimes use them manually, and sometimes not.

I'm thinking it would be useful to have a toggle option to tell garbo ascend to use this (or not) for cases where I don't have any need to use those extra adventures manually. At that point, the Stillsuit sweat is free and going unused.

Describe alternatives and complications Not sure if this falls into the same bucket as using Wineglass, and if there have been conversations about whether or not to include that. I'm not sure what the complications would be as, for me, its currently an unused resource.

Garbo does use wineglass if you have it and run garbo while overdrunk. As for the stooper/stillsuit, just drink the stillsuit after your n on drunk turns are finished, Equip stooper, consume your nightcap, and then run garbo ascend again. And you'll have gotten your stillsuit/stooper and wineglass value during drunk turns. It will also use cosplay saber to get maps pills during drunk turns with ascend flag.
