Remaining clan dungeon items #74

Adds all the untradable clan dungeon items that were missing from tracking

I also added commented out code for the haunted sorority house and elf alley if those ever become available again.

I don't really want uncle hobo or sorority house on here, I don't see the purpose of being reminded that you do or don't have something you couldn't possibly collect. I'd probably hide extinct iotms if it didn't make the iotm page look so weird
