tiles for tier #1 standard IOTMs

this PR is a work in progress. at writing i have completed backup camera and powerful glove. the remaining high-tier standard speed IOTMs i want to cover in this PR:

• emotion chip
• melodramedary
• cartographic compendium
• cosmic bowling ball

will try to get these done by this evening. note that there will be comments on all of them laying out pieces that either do not yet exist or things that i have used placeholders for that i think will warrant connectivity with whatever recommendation engine we build in the final draft of yorick before release. here is the current visible "look" of the tiles:

(note that in current draft the bottom matter is replaced with a "You can make a digital key; go do it" that links to the crackpot. but wanted to make sure yall agreed with the RGB view.)

camera spawns naturally with the currently selected enchantment and reminders for backups remaining, as well as a reminder to swap to ML if you are < level 13 and a warning if you have not activated the reverser.

added bowling ball support

i don't love how this ended up. i think we really would like to have mafia support for how many turns the most recent bowling ball usage took; otherwise, we don't actually know how many turns the banish is and can't calculate a rough approximation of stats using nextAdventure zone native ML. still it's perfectly fine as a starting point i guess. when you don't have your ball it looks like this:
