reassembly for BLOCK option #2

Tested the block coap "about/coap" resource, working as charm. Is client part of block is implemented? reassembly of block payloads at esp8266 client.

Hi thank you, in the public version the client functionality does not implement block right now. But we will merge our dev branch into it soon and then it will be possible with the same ease as with the coap server.
