小白一个求教啊，已经在电脑上装了Google App Engine和Python27

装了旧版的python解决了,但是上传本地文件时出现了  错误 
没有文件名
上传网络图片没问题

我没有遇到过这种问题哦, 你能详细描述一下吗? 
比如操作系统,浏览器版本,最好有截图.

系统win7sp1 
浏览器FF12、chromedev20都不行。貌似找到问题了，不能用中文��
�字的相册。但是我看示例里有中文名字的相册啊
