网络图片上传的 bug

上传网络图片 1 到相册，自定义图片名为 "image"，然后删除。
再次上传另外一张网络图片 2 到该相册，并仍命名为"image"。
此时相册中会出现 图片 1 
这应该是个 bug 吧 ？

应该是浏览器缓存吧
