不能执行upload.bat #5

当我双击upload.bat后，那个黑色的窗口只出现了一瞬间，之后�
��消失了，我甚至都见不到黑色，但我知道那个窗口是黑色的
。

你是指update.bat吧?
请参考http://xuming.net/2008/04/google-app-engine-tutorial-1.html正确安装
GAE SDK并尝试在命令行下运行update.bat

P.S 最近国内访问google服务器可能会出现临时性的故障

没错，是update.bat，一时打错。
另外，那个网站404了……

现在又神奇般的可以了，貌似是因为安了python-2.7.1。
