[Request] Support for Vertex AI API #1420

🥰 Feature Description

Vertex AI supports a broad range of models, including Google's Gemini and PaLM, and is faster than Google AI Studio's API. If Lobe-Chat integrates with the Vertex AI API, it would be more suitable for enterprise use.

🧐 Proposed Solution

Add optional environment variable for Vertex AI API key. Since there are a lot of models on Vertex AI, maybe support Gemini and PaLM at first.
